Most of the mental health industry is built on people who learned about the brain in a classroom. They have the degree. They have the textbook. Most of them never actually changed their own brain.

That's like a gym trainer who only read books about lifting and never put a single weight on the bar. They can quote the muscle groups. They can't build them. They have no muscle memory. They don't know what it feels like when your body hits the wall and you push through. So how would they teach you to do it?

I spent 18 years practicing. Not just reading. I changed my own brain and built Emotional Fitness because I needed something that actually worked, and what was on the shelf did not. Every tool I give you is something I tested in my own life first.

Why Most People Stay Stuck

Most approaches to anxiety, OCD, intrusive thoughts, and mental health go extremely specific. ERP for OCD. CBT for anxiety. ACT for intrusive thoughts. And those tools have value. Star teaches them too.
