Emotional Fitness Coaching, our courses, books, events, and AI chatbot are NOT therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, medication management, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or medical advice. Star Jesse Taylor is NOT a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, social worker, or medical professional.
Our Services focus on personal development, emotional skills, behavioral change, and performance. The framework is informed by Star's lived experience and study of various practices, but is not a clinical treatment for any mental health condition.
If you have or suspect you have a mental health condition, including but not limited to OCD, anxiety disorder, depression, PTSD, panic disorder, depersonalization-derealization disorder, or any other condition, you should seek care from a qualified licensed mental health professional. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card information.
Prices are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Recurring subscriptions (if applicable) renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the customer portal or by emailing starjessetaylor@gmail.com.
1-on-1 Coaching and Coaching Packages: Once a coaching package is purchased and a session is booked or delivered, the package is non-refundable. We may, in our sole discretion, offer a partial refund if you have not yet had your first session and notify us within 7 days of purchase.
10-Week Cohort: Cohort tuition is non-refundable once the cohort begins. A full refund is available if requested in writing more than 7 days before the cohort start date. Between 7 days before and the start date, a 50% refund is available. After the cohort begins, no refunds.
Live Events — Walk-Out Promise: If you attend the full first 90 minutes of an in-person event and do not feel any meaningful shift, notify the door staff before leaving. We will refund your ticket on the spot, no questions asked. This is a binding refund commitment.
Live Events — Standard Refund Policy: Outside the Walk-Out Promise, event tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable up until 48 hours before the event. To transfer, email starjessetaylor@gmail.com with the new attendee's name and email.
Courses (digital, self-paced): Non-refundable once access has been granted. If you experience technical issues, contact us and we will resolve them or refund.
Books: Book sales are processed through third-party platforms and subject to their respective refund policies.
Voice Memo Services: Non-refundable once Star has recorded the response. If a response has not been delivered within 14 days, you may request a refund.

Coaching sessions, applications, and group program discussions are confidential. We will not share details of your sessions with third parties without your consent, except where required by law (such as mandated reporting if a serious threat to self or others is disclosed).
In group programs, all participants are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding other members' disclosures. By participating, you agree to honor this expectation.
Results from coaching, courses, events, or any of our Services vary by individual. Testimonials and case studies shared on this website represent individual experiences and are NOT guarantees of your specific results. Your outcomes depend on your effort, circumstances, prior history, application of the material, and many factors outside our control.
We make no guarantees about specific outcomes, financial gains, mental health improvements, or any other measurable results.

If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to attempt mediation in Los Angeles County, California, before initiating any legal action. Each party will share equally in the cost of mediation.
If mediation does not resolve the dispute, any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any cause of action you might have must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or it is permanently barred.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific agreements you sign for individual services (such as a coaching agreement), constitute the entire agreement between you and Star Jesse Taylor Emotional Fitness regarding the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the revised Terms here with an updated date and, where appropriate, notify you via email. Continued use of the Services after the changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
